aku sebagai seorang guru....

when the first time i get at SK pulau besar, the first thing i learn is from GPK 1..he said::: "we need to have aim in our class or on our students..what we want to achieve at the end of the year or what we want to achieve after we teach"....so after some time, i get what i want from my teaching which are:

Untuk tahun 3>>aku akan pastikan mereka menguasai pemboleh ubah (WO, WC)
Untuk tahun 4>> the students can master the "aim" question before they get into year 5...
for year 5>> i will ensure the students can build 5 simple sentences based on subject+verb+predicate and can get at least 13-15 marks on section B.

Action Research English

After the monthly test, i always think how to teach the student how to write the sentence. But after googling internet and discuss with my friend, at last i can think some solution on section A and also section B.For section C, i think need to wait first.
For section A, i will make a table that contain 3 column. the first column for subject, then verb and the last column for predicate (subject+verb+predicate). so after this, the students only can create sentence based on this column, so the sentence will be more meaningful.(xla ayat 2 merapu sangat...)
For section B, i will create a template for them. So, they just need to remember the template, and suit it with the questions. with this method, they can at least get 4 -5 marks for this section. this will be very helpful to them..
So, i will see the effectiveness of this method during this mid year examination. I hope this method will give a good impact to the students.

Pengalaman Denggi di Rembau

Mulanya kisah pada 4 mac 2011 iaitu hari isnin. Pada 4-7 Mac aku telah mengiringi pasukan olahraga ke sek men keb undang rembau. Sekolah telah memnangi 2 pingat (pingat perak dan juga tempat keenam) dalam acara berjalan kaki. Pada hari Rabu, hujan telah turun dengan begitu lebatnya sehingga menyebabkan demam dan murid-murid yang menyertai olahraga juga turut mengalami demam.
Pada hari Jumaat, 8 Mac, aku telah mengambil cuti sakit kerana demam. Setelah hujung minggu, walaupun demam masih ada, namun aku gagahkan juga untuk ke sekolah pada hari Isnin memandngkan banyak pelajran yang sudah tertinggal. Namun, demam aku kembali lagi...aku ke klinik dan mendapat cuti sakit hari isnin dan telah dinasihatkan untuk ambil darah pada hari selasa...
Aku kembali ke klinik kesihatan pada hari selasa untuk ujian darah kali ke-2..namun, aku tidak bernaseb baek, aku telah disuspect denggi dan terpaksa dihantar ke hospital Tampin menaiki ambulans pada petang itu juga. Sebelum sampai di sana, aku dimasukkan 3 botol air garam..
Apabila sampai di hospital tampin, darah aku diambil lagi untuk diuji walaupun sudah lebam dibuatnya..sedang menanti ujian darah, aku berjumpa dengan murid aku yang juga demam dan terpaksa dimasukkan air.
Kemudian aku telah disahkan denggi oleh doktor...terpaksalah aku menginap di hospital tampin untuk berapa ketika...sepanjang di hospital, sebanyak 8 botol air telah dimasukkan...sungguh seksa keadaan tangan dimasukkan air..
Sepanjang di hospital, ramai yang datang melawat. Antaranya kak arni, kak pah, kak aishah, ustazah khamsiah, cikgu zul, cikgu nordin, pak cik karim, cikgu mislah, kak, abang ipar dan ibunya...sungguh terharu aku dibuatnya takkala ibu bapa di kejauhan...
Pengalaman pertama di hospital amatlah berharga. Bila di hospital, aku sedar tugas seorang jururawat adalah sangat mulia...tanpa penat dan jemu melayan kerenah pesakit..
Namun, perkhidmatan di hospital tersebut adalah amat baik, makanannya juga baik, persekitaran yang agak selesa...
Semoga ini akan menjadi pengalaman kepada aku dan semoga perkara seperti ini tidak akan berulang lagi..cukuplah sekali aku dimasukkan ke hospital.....tiada edes, tadalah denggi!!!!

pos ujian

After marking the english paper, i realize a few things that need to be done after this...
For paper 1 (objective questions)
- weakness of the students are:
1)grammar-(new topic~past tense) = can be improved
                                   WH qeustions = need to be reinforce
2) social expression - should be given more exercise
3) comprehension- cannot give too long text next time
                               ( must be given more exercise to enrich their vocabulary ~ every monday)
the conclusion : need to give the students more question based on UPSR format.
For paper 2:
General :
1) need to improve on spelling
2) emphasize more on plural and singular
3) emphasize more on the form of tense
Section A:
1) always do the sentence in class
2) give more exercise
3) maybe built a chart on how to built a sentence
Section B:
1) give more exercise in class
2) remind the students to spell correctly
3) teach them on how to answer the below part (give reasoning)
4) focus more on this section (easy to get mark)
Section C
1) very poor
2) the students need to enhance their vocabulary
3) need to give many exercise
4) be careful on punctuation
